• New Laboratory and Analytic Services!
  Technical Consulting has always had a high level of analysis services available to its clients. We have been fortunate in having several High Tech laboratories available over to us. Recently we set up an office in Charlotte, NC. As you know, North Carolina was a hotbed of activity for the fabric industry. As more and more companies shifted to offshore manufacturing, many of the support industries shuffled their services to accommodate the changes. Some sadly, just closed up shop.
  In the past few months, Technical Consulting has developed a relationship with a The Textile Technology Center at Gaston College. This unique facility served the textile manufacturing industry here in North Carolina. The state of North Carolina recognizing the importance of the facility stepped in to fortify the college and more importantly the laboratory facility. It would take at least 5 million dollars to replicate the services offered by this lab. We are happy to say that Technical Consulting can now offer the services of this wonderful facility.
  
  
• Dry Titration Test!
  Chemical company representatives, traditionally carry large boxes with bottles of chemicals to test your formulas for various chemical levels. The titration kit has been around as long as Chemical companies have been trying to impress their customers with the high degree of technology needed to properly serve them. The problems with liquids are well known, freezing or overheating in the trunk of a car effect the shelf life and diminish the accuracy not to mention that you can ’t get the liquids on a plane. Over decades I searched the world for a better way of testing to eliminate the short falls of liquid testing. Finally after years of testing and development, on November 1st, 2008 Technical Consulting has developed the all dry test system. pH, chlorine, H2O2, water hardness, PPM sodium oxide (titration of sodium hydroxide), iron, etc. This laundry test system is now available as the LAUNDRY SPOT Test Kit.
